We have also experienced the absolute terror of trying to find a babysitter in a foreign land. We will be having our first experiment with a total stranger on Jan. 26th for our trip to Sundance. Even though our sitter is through a certified company, it's still weird to leave your baby with someone you've never met. I'm glad to hear that it can be a great experience. Fingers crossed! Ah yes.
