She woke up again last night and walked into the living room. We'd forgotten to turn on her light outside her room. L.A. Daddy put her back to bed and he told her he'd leave the hallway light on for her. She nodded and stayed put the rest of the night (of course, we turned the light out when we went to bed!) Ayep! Because at nap time she won't go to sleep just because she doesn't like taking naps (but boy is E nuts if she doesn't nap), we assumed -- like you guys -- she had similar reasons for not wanting to sleep at night. But then -- our friend the babysitter -- figured out that if you just leave the door open, she goes to sleep right away. Out-parented by the part-timer. Alas. It’s funny, we just came to same conclusion with Little-E.
