I wanted to pass on a great blog that I’m really digging right now. It’s a “blog of note” on Blogger and it’s called Three Beautiful Things. It’s written by Clare in the United Kingdom and as she states it, “every day I want to record three things that have given me pleasure.” I thought, ‘What a great idea!’

In the world today, we’re being bombarded with fear by our government and the news so it was kinda neat to find someone who focused on the positive. I might even steal her idea and try to write down the little things that always make me happy that I usually forget days (or sometimes minutes) later.

Like taking up knitting! I went to a fabric store last night and ended up staying long enough that I learned how to knit! I’m making L.A. Toddler a scarf! I’m so excited - I know it’s ‘no big deal’, but it really has me thrilled for some reason. I guess I’ve always wanted to know how to do it. Of course, I missed the first 15 minutes of Grey’s Anatomy, but… it was worth it!
